Shipping Policy

Processing and shipping time

Orders ship within 3 to 5 days after they are placed. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on orders over $79. For orders under $79, the shipping cost is calculated at checkout before you pay.

Multiple packages

Items in the same order may ship from different warehouses and arrive in separate packages. You will receive tracking for each package.

Address changes and cancellations

Email fastenerhero@gmail.com as soon as possible. We can update or cancel an order before it ships. After an order has shipped, we can no longer change it.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking hasn't updated for several days or your package shows as delivered but you can't find it, email us with your order number and we will look into it with the carrier.
